Please complete the membership form and return it to PO Box 183, WaKeeney, KS 67672 or bring to the 1st race.
We also require new minor forms signed at the beginning of each race season.
We require BIRTH CERTIFICATES for all Junior Classes so please include a copy with your membership applications or bring to the first race.
